I got stolen today… :(

Man…. I go to the mall for less than half hour and I come back to my car only to find out that my bag was stolen!    I lost my beloved Creative Zen MP3 player…   My earphones… but the worst part:  my checkbook!!

Now, I had to put a call out on a range of check numbers to be voided… and only worse, I have to close this account eventually and then open up a new one.  Why?  ‘Cause you only need routing number and checking account number to pay for all kinds of stuff online!!

Man… this is just not my day… I go to the mall for once for a good ’cause (to buy Soojin’s Fifth Year Anniversary!).    So I’m out roughly $200 for my stuff lost and who-knows-what on the checking account…

Bah bah Black Sheep

My kids love songs… and most of times, they like it before sleep. One such favorite is “Bah bah Black Sheep”…  Know it?  Well, it goes something like this…

Bah bah Black Sheep, have you any wool?
Yes, sir, yes, sir, three bags full.
One for the master, one for the dame.
One for the little boy who lives down the lane.

Well, there’s a second verse… white sheep.  What makes it … funny and memorable is what my Anna did one night.  She asked about OTHER sheep!    So I had to make up new lyrics for Green Sheep, Pink Sheep, and Blue sheep and on!!  Well, the thing is you have to find PEOPLE to replace the lyrics with!!  😮

So I decided to use families I know with kids I know!  For example…

Bah bah Pink Sheep, have you any wool?
Yes, sir, yes, sir, four bags full.
One for Sarah, one for Sammy.
One for Pastor Shawn, and one for Samonim.

Hee… and go on with Toby’s family, my family, and so on…  😀  It’s in their nature… They make their own lyrics!!  Gotta hear them sometime…  Hee…

Weekly Sermons of Pastor Shawn Online

We, as Pathways Church, had decided to record Pastor Shawn’s sermons onto the computer (since we use laptop for Power Point anyhow) and then compress the sermon into an MP3 format. We’ve been doing this for 4 weeks now and so if you would like to hear his sermons, just ask me via e-mail at “peterjang73 at yahoo dot com” and replace “at” with @ and “dot” with “.”. Or I can forward them to you (but they are almost 10 MB each so make sure you can receive such large attachments)

You are more than welcome to share the sermons so long as you don’t change the ID3 tag. Be blessed.

Looking for a friend: Won Suk Lee, come on down!

Seriously… do any of you know him?
He was my roomie back from ’96 in Austin.  He was in Honors Business program.
He usually goes by “Won Lee”.  Last time I spoke with him was after he graduated from MBA program from Harvard as he moved to NYC.  That was at least about 2 years ago…     Please let me know if you know of his current whereabouts.

Thanks.  Pass the word.
