The quest to find the perfect movie on Netflix can sometimes be a difficult one. Better Browse aims to make that process at least a tiny bit easier by sorting Netflix’s content into additional categories.
The Chrome extension adds a “Browse all” menu to the Netflix menu bar with a ton of “hidden categories” that sort Netflix’s traditional categories into more specific genres. For instance, instead of just “Action” movies you can sort by “Action comedy” and “Action Thrillers.”
Better Browse is a Chrome extension, so, unfortunately, that means all those searches are going to have to happen on your computer rather than your television. That said, you could easily sit down for a few minutes and dig up some content to add it to your watchlist and then access all those fabulous finds on your television when you’re ready to watch.
