Well, it has been a freaky tragedy indeed… talk about degrees of separation! I was separated from the killer by 2 as he was a neighbor to a friend of ours, the Blues. I was separated from the victim by 3 as he was the husband of John’s boss. 
Sadness will flood us if we don’t turn endlessly to Christ.
