House Passes Bill Making It Illegal For Companies to Sue For Negative Reviews

Yesterday afternoon, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill that would make it illegal for companies to put “gag clauses” in their contracts that block or penalize customers for posting negative online reviews. It’s expected to move through the Senate soon.
