My alma mater, WPI, will be the first nationally ranked college/university to make ACT/SAT scores optional!! 
I couldn’t be happier or prouder!! 
In place of SAT/ACT scores, they will also accept special projects or papers that help you stand out. Thanks to my friend Roland for that! 
We need to see the college applicants more as individuals and not soley rank them on just numbers alone. Hooray for WPI, and hooray for a step forward!
